Console port problem

    Hi Guruz,

    We have a V240 and I can't login to this
    box via the console port, because it doesn't
    respond to any key strokes...

    I can see the boot process and the login prompt
    on the console screen, but I can't login, nor
    to issue the Ctrl-Break.
    I already tried to change the console cable, and
    the laptop but it didn't help... :(

    Is there any hardware reset or something what could
    help me to get through on this issue?

    To try the login via the network connection won't
    work, because the interfaces haven't been
    configured yet.
