    Hi All,

Sorry for the late summary, but I just got my vendor (anysystem.com) to
replace the CPU. [Excellent Vendor BTW!!! I highly recommend them to
anyone looking to buy a sun stuff for cheap]. Anyways, I want to thank:

    NetComrade <netcomrade@bookexchange.net>
    joe_fletcher@btconnect.com
    Michael Horton <Michael.Horton@acntv.com>
    Musa Williams <mario.williams@ncr.com>

In addition to my mail here at sunmanagers, I cross-posted the same
question to comp.unix.solaris which also had some "very" good reponses
to my question (Some from a few sun folks)

Here is the thread: http://babyurl.com/8ySyw8 [1]

For more info about the error:

Please see the above thread for more responses. The response from this
list was also excellent with about a 50/50 split on what to do next.
    >From what I understand, Sun's policy on this if it happens once is to
log it and monitor it. They would replace it if this happens more than
once in 6 months. Other recommended me to seek replacement. I did the
latter and am a happy camper now with a sparkling new CPU :)

    Some very good links:

    http://www.filibeto.org/sun/lib/hardware/enterprise_4500/BP_Ecache_10-16-01.pdf

If anyone here running (or planning to run ) Sun Enterprise eXX00, then
you have to get a copy of Sun Enterprise xx00 Problem Solving Manual with
Sun Part # 910-4188. This pdf comes with a warning: "Sun Proprietary/Confidential:
Internal Use Only" so unfortunately I cannot post any links to it.
    Excellent resource!!
