ftp access failed

    Respected Managers,

    Today one of developer is opend a call regarding ftp
    access. Till yester day he is able to login and ftp.
    Today he can login but can't ftp.
    while doing ftp, he is getting ftp access failed.

    I've gone through /etc/ftpusers file here no entry
    with his id. I tried permissions and all.

    could you please anyone have any idea please let me
    know.
