newfs problem

    Hi all,
    i am running solaris 8 on v440 box,and i got one 3310 storeedge ,while doing newfs on 3310 i am getting this error please help me .
     
    #newfs /dev/rdsk/c2t0d0s7
    newfs: construct a new file system /dev/rdsk/c2t0d0s7: (y/n)? y
    With a block size of 8192 minimum bytes per inode is 5908
    Minimum bytes per inode is 5908
    With 16129 sectors per cylinder, minimum cylinders per group is 16
    This requires the fragment size to be changed from 1024 to 4096
    Please re-run mkfs with corrected parameters
