Send mail problem urgent

    Can you please help me with this ...I was sending emails(opt in emails of course) when the temperature of the sun E450 rose suddenly and after I cooled it ...I see all the mails stuck ....It works on them very very slowly saying sequence 1 of 450 etc ...After 5 hrs I see the sequence dropped tio just 1 of 443...(I clicked on flush email) ...some of the emails say "Locked".
    What do I do??
    Its a bit urgent .
