O/T Who to report problems with an ISO office to?

    Hey everyone,

     

    This is a little off topic. I'm having problems with my local sun
    Independent Sales Office (ISO). I'm trying to resolve it at the local level
    but since the problem has been gong on for 4 months now I was wondering if
    anyone knew Sun's hierarchy enough to tell me where I could escalate a
    problem if they are unwilling to deal with it?
