    Dear Sun Managers,

I have a V240 machine with 2 internal harddisks on it
and running disksuite. The OS on this system is having
    Solaris 8.

I'm puzzle that in this particular machine, uname -a
indicated that the kernel on this system is at
    108528-18 whereas showrev -p indicated that 108528-27
    was installed.

The /var/sadm/install/log reports that this patch
108528-27 is installed successfully. The recent
changes was the mirrored disk was replaced.

I would like to find out does anyone encounter this
type problem before. What could have caused the uname
    and showrev to report differently.

Thanks in advance for your help and pointer.

    Regards,
    Tim
