    Greetings All,

    I have an Ultra 60 system,running Solaris 8 OS.

It's booting and i am getting the login prompt. But
after some time,it return to the ok> prompt with the
message "Watchdog Reset" "Externally initiated Reset".

Some time it's getting hang while booting.

Is this is the problem with memory or CPU ?

    Please advice me on this.

    Best Regards
    Rajeev Andrews
