got scsi bus reset error in E250

    Hi all
    i am using a SUN E250 machine as a firewall long back i have upgraded this machine with 72 gb hard disk and it was working fine ,
    but for the last one week it start giving error indicating for both hard disk

    during this time server stops responding and i loose the packets , i have disconnected the cdrom drive as it was giving error for sync slow down and removed extra hard disk which was connected to this machine and also changed the same hardisk for what error shown above ,
    there no extra devices are connected with this system accept the two hard disk ,and the errors are coming for both hard disk ,in a same manner
     
    IF ANY ONE CAN HELP ME OUT ON THIS I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL
