We are trying to use a JNI FC1-1063 ( it was cheap ) to connect to a SAN's (
for testing ). We are using it in a E450 and are connecting it to a LSI
2400 SAN's ( using 2772 controller ) via a Silkworm 2800. The JNI driver is
version 2.6.13. We are also using LSI RDAC version 7.02.0G.04.
When the system is booted with booted the rdac changes one of the
controllers ( there are 2 in the SAN's ) from active to passive. I am
trying to figure out why. I have gone through the fca-pci.conf ( with the
exception of the fca_nport=1 ) and all the setting are original. Is it a
configuration problem or is the card not up to doing the job. I have
included a copy of the /var/adm/messages showing what is occurring. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
