I have a V480 with an A1000 unit attached which I just upgraded to solaris
9. But now I can only see one of the LUNs and RM6 will not communicate with
the controller.I can see the first LUN, I can mount its partitions and I
can access the data no probelm. The second LUN does not appear under the
format command. The entries in /kernetl/drv/sd.conf seem fine and here is
the output from various raid manager utils:
root@oscar# ./lad
c3t0d0 1T02494392 LUNS: 0 1
root@oscar# ./healthck -a
Health Check Summary Information
cl401_002: Unable To Scan Module
healthck succeeded!
If I run rm6 I get the following in a popup:
"An attempt to communicate with a controller of cl401_002 has failed. Run
the Recovery Guru to check for possible controller failure, and then retry
the operation."
Running the health check produces the same error as via the command line.
I have a horrible feeling I'm doing something really stupid but I cant see
what it is. I'm running rm6.22.1 with an uptodate recommended patch
cluster.
Many thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
