    hi all,
    i run a solaris 5.8 OS generic_108528-29 on a Sun 480.

    I connected a EMC 500 RAID through two emulex lp 9802e cards.

    After having installed the following packages (5.01 version):
     lpfc
     HBAniware

    having added the following lines to the /kernel/drv/sd.conf file as follows:
     name="sd" parent="lpfc" target=0 lun=0;
     name="sd" parent="lpfc" target=0 lun=1;
     name="sd" parent="lpfc" target=0 lun=2;
     name="sd" parent="lpfc" target=0 lun=3;
     name="sd" parent="lpfc" target=0 lun=4;
     name="sd" parent="lpfc" target=0 lun=5;
     name="sd" parent="lpfc" target=0 lun=6;
     name="sd" parent="lpfc" target=0 lun=7;

    and having rebooted the system (reboot -- -r)

    i'm not able to see the RAID disks.

    when the server is up the "format" command shows me:
     c2t0d0 <drive type unknown>
      /pci@8,600000/lpfc@1/sd@0,0

    more, i see that the two emulex cards in the Sun480 shows the orange LED, other than the green one.

    the probe-scsi-all command shows (at OK prompt):
     /pci@8,600000/lpfc@1
     target none ALPA WWPN 5600.0160.320.2a56
     unit 0 disk DGC LUNZ 0207

    May anyone help me?
    thanks in advance
