    Dear Managers,

    First I asked:

    What tape drives can be attached to SUN v240. DAT72 is not supported .
    SDLT 320 is expensive for us.

    I asked this question because DAT 72 tape costs 1,655 and SDLT costs
    7,500 ( in Australian dollars). I need 2 tape drives. I wanted to know
    what options are available for me. I thought forms are there to pass
    information/discuss problems. I received the following email from a manager

    " Why are you posting this stupid question to this list? It's totally
    inappropriate!!!!!!! Read the FAQ for the list, stop wasting everyone's
    time with pointless crap and do your own research. Read the FAQ for the
    Sun Managers list - your question is clearly meant for another forum,
    list or website. Think next time before posting.
    It's so annoying to have your inbox filled with these questions - who
    cares what you can afford? Just look on the web or talk to a reseller,
    like everyone else. "

    If I have asked a stupid question, please forgive me. I will not ask any
    questions in this forum again ( I will un-subscribe). I will thanks the
    following managers who thought my question wasn't a stupid one.
