    Hi there,

I am ying to configure a JNI Fiber Card ( Supplied by SUN - SG-XPCI1FC) on a
V880 server in a SAN environment. The switch type is IBM 2109-F16 and the
    Storage is IBM ESS 2105-F20.

I understand that I am suppose to use the jfca driver which comes with SUN
SAN foundation kit. I have loaded the kit and patches.

But the card doesn't attach with disk on the SAN. Probe scsi from OK prompt
shows disks and tape drives coonected on the switch. However, the ESS is not
getting recognised. Only 4 of the 6 tapes come online during the boot. No
disks at all though I have assigned a volume from ESS to this HBA. Following
    the /var/adm/messages

Can anyone tell me how I can solve this problem?
jfca.conf is set to fabic mode and the switch mode is also on fabic mode.

What am I missing here? Any help would be appreciated.
