adding a Linux client in nis issue

    Managers,

    I have been facing a very peculiar problem.

    I have added the Linux nis client in Solaris nis which is running on Solaris
    2.6 , I am facing a strange problem

    --> Only few nis users are able to login into Linux machines

    --> for few peoples there home directory do not get mounted and for some it
    says user or password is wrong though I am able to see there passwd map
