Can't install the lpfc drivers package

    I tried to install the package lpfc-5.02c-sparc.tar for a LP9002-E /
    LP9002L-E but I get this error message.

    uname -a
    SunOS sju01cn1 5.8 Generic_117350-15 sun4u sparc SUNW,Netra-T12
