    is anyone using sun netconnect to monitor their sun servers?
    i have about15 sun servers.
    My coworker think we should use netconnect because he thinks it will call
    sun if their is a problem so they can fix it asap.
    I think its only to replace your own monitoring software (we use big
    brother) and seems like a waste of time to setup.

    Is it true that with netconnect you have a "phone home" system on your
    servers, so that if a part fails it will open a ticket with sun?

    Can anyone give me their opinions of netconnect?
