Disk Array 3310

Hi Gurus,
I recentally installed a Sun StorEdge 3310 SCSI Disk Array to a Sun
Netra 20 Server.
I partitioned the 12 disk to have 2 logical drives of 5 disk each use
RAID5 and 2 global spares.
I only have one controller in the Netra Server but I guess the Disk
Array has two. I connected the Disk Array in a Single Bus
Configuration and attached port 1 of the disk array to the SCSI
Controller on the Netra Server.
Now when I do format on Netra Server, this is what I see:

I can see that Netra server has identified the Disk Array but why
unknown drive type.
Can you please suggest a solution to this issue?
