mangled entry

    I have a domain running 5.8 with Veritas 3.5.
     The domain has been running with no problems for 6 months. The domain crash
    with an error of:

    NOTICE: /: mangled entry
    NOTICE: /: mangled entry

    I found on the system in /tmp a file

    -rw-rw-rw- 1 root 0 Mar 23 22:03 @MaNgLeD.4907

    I no one is able to explain this file. There were no one log on the host at
    the time of the crash.
