console / single user on Blade100s

    Admins-
    Have an issue with consoles on our Blade 1600 Chassis.

    We can connect to our Blade Chassis on our mgmt network, console to any
    of the blades with no issues. Once on the console in mulit-user we
    don't have any issues, drop to the OK prompt (still responding), bring
    up in single user and then the Blade no longier responses to keyboard.
    We can drop back to the chassis (#.) with no issues, but after that the
    Blade needs to be reset in order for it to respond, but again the Blade
    won't respond once in single user.

    Suggestions?

    Chassis 1600
    Boot Image - 1.2.8
