SCSI error codes

    Hi,

    I looking for an explanation of the error codes I got for SCSI errors, e.g.

    Apr 25 14:10:19 ibefe2.rbs.eur.deuba.com lb: [ID 742233 kern.warning]
    WARNING: l
    b@1,0: scsi_cmd=17,errno=201,cc=304,sense=70 0 2 0 0 0 0 c 0 0 0

    What do the codes 17, 201, 304, 70 mean?

    Is there a short documentation available? Are these codes device dependent?
