Make Directory cannot be create with Error: mkdir: Failed to make directory "/home/test"; Operation not applicable

    Hi,

     

    I tried make a directory but it come with problem on Solaris 2.7 and Solaris
    2.8

     

    For your information the /home is not mounted, it just in the root directory

     

     

    Any Solution Gurus
