Console shuts server down

    Hello,

    Here's a stupid question, the answer to which I can find neither on google
    nor sun's site.

    I've got a new server, and I've hooked it up to com1 on my pc via
    Hyperterm. If I power off my PC, the server goes to the ok prompt. Where
    can I change this setting? I'm figuring it has to be
    /etc/somethingorother. I'm running Solaris 9.
