    Hello list,
    My configuration:
    E4500
    2 A5000 fully populated mirrored to each other with VxVM 3.1
    Solaris 2.6

    Last night I've received this message:
    May 28 00:22:22 xxx unix: WARNING: /sbus@2,0/SUNW,socal@d,10000/sf@1,0
    (sf1):^M^M

    May 28 00:22:22 xxx unix: sf1: target 0x24 al_pa 0xac offlined^M

    Looks like I've lost the array connected to controller 0.
    We did some troubleshhoting with no luck yet.
    Finally we moved the fiber onto the second jack, same board, but now
    when I run luxadm I get the disks instead of the enclosure. Before this
    I had the enclosures:

    # luxadm probe
    Found Enclosure(s):
    SENA Name:Array01 Node WWN:5080020000064938
      Logical Path:/dev/es/ses2
      Logical Path:/dev/es/ses3

    Found Fibre Channel device(s):
      Node WWN:200000203726cb77 Device Type:Disk device
        Logical Path:/dev/rdsk/c0t42d0s2
      Node WWN:200000203726cd75 Device Type:Disk device
        Logical Path:/dev/rdsk/c0t36d0s2
      Node WWN:2000002037932c6c Device Type:Disk device
        Logical Path:/dev/rdsk/c0t57d0s2
    ...
    ..
    ...
    and so on, all the disks from C0.

    # luxadm insert
    Please hit <RETURN> when you have finished adding Fibre Channel
    Enclosure(s)/Device(s):

    Waiting for Loop Initialization to complete...
     No new device(s) were added!!

     No new enclosure(s) were added!!

    How can I get the enclosure back and the disks with it?
    Any help will be HIGHLY appreciated since this one of the production
    machines.
    I haven't tried to reboot -- -r since it is running the database on it.
    It was working fine until last night.

    Francisco
