Displaying Solaris SMC 2.1 on a Linux Box

    Hi all,

    I am running Solaris 9 SPARC with the latest and greatest patches on a
    headless server.

    I am doing the remote access to this machine via ssh -X.

    When I am trying to display the Solaris Management Console on my Linux
    box all I get is a grey window.

    Standard X applications, as e.g. xterm, xclock, etc. work fine, but it
    seems that all java apps give me grief.

    What am I doing wrong or is there any incompatibility?
