    Lots of replies all saying similar things: what happens if the primary
    drive dies, then I don't have swap anymore so the box crashes. So I'll be
    mirroring swap asap.

    Folks,

    I use DiskSuite to mirror up my boot drive. Specifically my root and /var
    partitions. But I've seen swap mirrored around here too. Does anyone
    have a strong opinion for/against mirroring swap? Thanks in advance.
