I've got myself in a predicament. I'm tyring to resize the / partition
on a 220R with Solaris 9 using SVM. I was able to successfully resize
the submirrors d10 and d20 from 4gb to 20gb. But as you can see below:

    bash-2.05$ metastat d0
    d0: Mirror
        Submirror 0: d10
          State: Okay
        Submirror 1: d20
          State: Okay
        Pass: 1
        Read option: roundrobin (default)
        Write option: parallel (default)
    ===> Size: 8389656 blocks (4.0 GB)

    d10: Submirror of d0
        State: Okay
        Size: 43889688 blocks (20 GB)
        Stripe 0:
Device Start Block Dbase State Reloc Hot Spare
            c0t0d0s0 0 No Okay Yes

    d20: Submirror of d0
        State: Okay
        Size: 43889688 blocks (20 GB)
        Stripe 0:
Device Start Block Dbase State Reloc Hot Spare
            c0t1d0s0 0 No Okay Yes

    Device Relocation Information:
    Device Reloc Device ID
    c0t0d0 Yes id1,sd@SSEAGATE_ST336704LSUN36G_3CD2297600007147HCBZ
    c0t1d0 Yes id1,sd@SSEAGATE_ST336704LSUN36G_3CD224FS00007147K1KH

my mirror volume d0 is still showing a size of 4gb. Trying run growfs
-M / /dev/md/rdsk/d0 ends up hanging. I'm guessing because the volume
isn't any bigger it really can't create a larger filesystem.

Any suggestions on how to grow d0 so that I can grow the filesystem?

    Much thanks.

Here's my df -hk just in case:

    bash-2.05$ df -hk
Filesystem size used avail capacity Mounted on
    /dev/md/dsk/d0 3.9G 1.5G 2.4G 40% /
    /proc 0K 0K 0K 0% /proc
    mnttab 0K 0K 0K 0% /etc/mnttab
    fd 0K 0K 0K 0% /dev/fd
    /dev/md/dsk/d5 3.9G 179M 3.7G 5% /var
    swap 5.6G 24K 5.6G 1% /var/run
    swap 512M 0K 512M 0% /tmp
    /dev/md/dsk/d6 3.9G 27M 3.9G 1% /opt
