How to activate telnet Service

    Dear,

     I am facing the problem , telnet service doesn't work properly, before The
    telnet service running well.
    Every body can help my problem?
    I have question :

    1. How do I to make sure the Telnet System already run in system?
    2. Where is the file for config the Telnet service ?
    3. How to start is telnet service manually?.
