"df -k" not exiting....

    Here is the answer as simply put by one of you.

    Compare the "mount -p" output with the point where "df" hangs.

    The first one not to appear is likely the stuck mount.

    Hi Managers,

    We have this server which is working fine with the exception that when I
    do "df -k"

    It does not exit.

    I'm thinking it could be a "staled nfs file handle" however I do not see
    any file handle id

    Under /var/adm/messages file which will help me locate the problem (if
    it's a staled nfs file handle).

    Here is my question: Is there any way to find out if there is an "stale
    nfs file handle" on a system

    When /var/adm/messages file does not provide any information on it?. I
    don't want to reboot server now.
