This is, without a doubt a stupid question.
I need to make certain I have a c++ compiler on our servers. I don't have
the software that would need it just now; that will arrive in August. I'd
like to make sure I have one before it gets here.
I'm totally spacing on how to do this, outside of getting some uncompiled
software and doing a ./configure.
