Setting NOLOCAL on a NIC interface

    All:

            Can anyone give me a example on how to set a interface with the
    NOLOCAL flag?

            I have tried ifconfig ce0 NOLOCAL

            But I get

    ifconfig: NOLOCAL: bad address

            Which points to the wrong syntax.
