Sun V210 - Fast Data Access MMU Error

    Hi Gurus,
    I have Sun Fire V210 Box which crashed and went to OK prompt. Now i can not boot the box. It gives
    "Fast Data Access MMU Miss". I can't reset or reboot or boot the box. Even i can't run diagnostics. I tried to set diag-level=max and diag-switch=true with setenv command at OK prompt ( setenv diag-switch true) but it couldn't save and got the same error. What could be the issue? Is Memory or CPU gone for toss? How do i figure out the problem?
    Any help/pointer will be greatly appreciated.
    I will summarize.
