Solaris 10 CD boot problem

I just burned solaris 10 CDs and I am trying to boot my Sun E 250 from the
first CD. I get this error
FATAL SCSI error at script address 8 Illegal instruction
The CD drive works fine. anybody seen this problem before?
Any ideas?
