V880 Faulty Power Up Reset Sequence

To All Helpers:

Upon booting an used V880 just received from vendor,
the system fault LED light is solid Amber after
turning on the power.

The system shows:

Error: Faulty Power Up Reset Sequence
H/W under test = Safari bus CPU 1,
motherboard/centerplane
Repair instructions: Replace item in order listed by
'H/W under test' above
END-error
CPU 1 Trap trace

The error message continue on all four CPUs.

Then show a list of debug menu:

0 peek/poke interface
1 Dump DAR error bits
...

d Do soft reset
? Help

The system just keeps prompting this menu.

Any expert can share some tips on why this system
behaves like this way. What's wrong and how to fix it?

Acoording to vendor, they got the same message and
they hook the system to a PDU from Sun and they were
able to boot fine.

Unfortunately the PDU comes with 30A/250 Watt spec and
I do not have wall plug like that to hook. But we
also have other V880 and hook the same power source
and are working fine without problem. So I think the
problem lies in the V880 configuration.
