L25 not detecting the drives

Hi Gurus,
I am having An L25 with a M300 prism management card and FC420 fiber
channel bridge along with two drives.
The problem is that when i power it on with proper cabling i am getting
"waiting for drive comms" message for both drives on the L25 display
panel....i think that l25 is not detecting the drives ...also the robotic arm
on scsi id 0 is getting detected...the scsi ids for the two drives is 1 and 2
...also when i telnet the l25 and run command scsitarget 0 it shows me the
entry for robotic arm but when i run the same command for scsi id 1 and 2 ....
there is no output...
Any idea?????????
