In the process of changing from one version of Solaris to another, I
somehow confused the metadb on my system. I don't _think_ I've lost
any data yet (and hate doing restores) since the file systems haven't
been re-mounted under either OS, but I'm trying to figure out how to
    undo the problem.

Somewhere, my RAID5 device (d0) had a slice concatenated onto it. I
didn't even know this was possible. *LOL*

So, I've got 5 slices that are the original RAID5 device, and a 6th
slice that is added onto the end. growfs has not been run, so that
    extra space hasn't been used.

How can I remove the slice that was added onto the end from the device?

    Thanks in advance.
