    Hi Gurus,
I have Netra T105 with PCI SCSI Differential controller (symbios logic)
where two L280 Tape Libraries are attached. From past week or so I am
getting intermittent errors and my backup keeps failing. In
/var/adm/messages I am getting errors "SCSI transport failed: reason
'incomplete': giving up" and am unable to see the tape Drive(Drive is
missing). I thaught it might be a loose Cable connection or
terminatior/cable issue. So I tried to reseat the terminator/tried
replacing the cable/terminator did not help. I am running Solaris 8
    (108528-23).
I did iostat -E and found following:

st7 Soft Errors: 0 Hard Errors: 0 Transport Errors: 241
Vendor: QUANTUM Product: DLT7000 Revision: 2150 Serial No: qP
st18 Soft Errors: 18 Hard Errors: 1133 Transport Errors: 87
Vendor: QUANTUM Product: DLT7000 Revision: 2150 Serial No: qP

Both the Tape libraries are almost new just 3 Months old. Am I missing
some patches/parameters? Is this L280 issue? Or the issue is related to
Bad HBA/Libraries? Both libraries are behaving the same way so I am kind
of not suspecting tape libraries. Any help/Pointer will be greatly
    appreciated
    TIA
    B
