Memory Problem in SunFire V20Z

Dear Managers,
 
We have the Sun fire V20Z server with 2 AMD cpu,16GB RAM and swap size is 8 GB.
Operating system is RedHat Enterprise Linux 3
Cadence and Synopsys application is running in this mechine.
 
the system is using lot of physical memory and its not releasing the memory after completion of the job
 
system not accepting any new job and its going to hanging posistion
 
Its need to manualy restart the mechine
