smpatch unable to connect to update server

    Dear Sun Managers,

    I tried to use smpatch but is unable to use Local
    Patch Server to connect to update server. I'm getting
    the following error:

    # smpatch analyze -u sunhelp
    Authenticating as user: sunhelp

    Type /? for help, pressing <enter> accepts the default
    denoted by [ ]
    Please enter a string value for: password :: Loading
    Tool: com.sun.admin.patchmgr.cli.PatchMgrCli from
    xyz.com
    Authentication failed to the Solaris Management
    Console server: xyz.com

    I'm using my SunSolve ID to authenticate along with
    SunSolve Password

    Would appreciate if you help to provide some pointer
    or solution what could be the problem or point me to
    some documents which I can further research on this
    issue.
