Ultra 20 for a SoHo Server

Dear managers,

I have just setup an Ultra 20 with Solaris 10 and was puzzled to see that this box does not boot without keyboard and mouse being plugged in. Being a sys admin that usually has to do with SPARC machines I was somewhat dissapointed. Can this be fixed anyhow?
