SF6800 Domain Console Disconnecting

Currently when you connect to a domain on a SF6800 through the System
Controller and want to disconnect, I use a ~. (tilde - dot)....... This
doesn't bring me back to the System Controller but disconnects me totally
and if I want to connect again, I get connection busy. What is the proper
sequence and can I kill and domain connections from the System Controller
without rebooting.
