DR Failed for Emulex LP9802 VxVM3.5 Solaris8

Hi,

+++Fujitsu Primepower 900 + Emulex LP 9802
+++Solaris 8 02/02 +VxVM3.5 + Emulex driver LPFC 6.02e

One of the HBA failed (the device is multipathed via VxDMP).
It has been disabled by VxVM, so the HBA is completely released :

It seems the device is busy, but I can't see why.

Any idea ?
