Solaris volume Manager breaks automount

I am running solaris 9 with the latest January Patch bundle. As soon as
I mirror my disks with Solaris Volume Manager, my automounter does not
work and the remote mounts are no longer available. This works fine with
my Solaris 8 systems.

Does anyone know what can be the problem?

Thank you
