PC netlink 2.0 start up error

Hello,
I have a solaris 8 server that had PC Netlink 2.0 running on it until a
hardware failure caused a system lockup. Now I cannot get the PC Netlink
server to start if I do an elfread -d system i get the following error.

system background:
Sunfire v440 running solaris 8
patch cluster rev. 117350-24
4x 3510fc's

anyone else ever run into this. Any ideas would be helpful as I cannot find
any shared mem params that should be set for PC NETLINK.
