SG-PCI1FC-JF2 (JNI 2Gb PCI Single FC Host Adapter) Throughput

Has anyone noticed a writing contention using JNI card? I cannot write
at speed more than 80MB/sec.
I have this card hooked up to a 9970 through brocades.
