Sun Download Center problems

I've been trying to get Solaris 10 x86 1/06 for about 24 hours. Of the 4
iso files, number 1 seems to be screwed. I used SDM to download, and it
couldn't download #1 with verification on. With verification off, it downloads,
but unzip says that the CRC is wrong. I wrote it to a CDR and tried to install
anyway. It's fine until it reboots (or just before). The install can't find
some file that it has to copy to the hard drive and aborts, then reboots. When
it comes back up on the hard drive, it can't start X, because the info is
missing. I tried kdmconfig, but it doesn't save the settings. (missing file?)
Of course, Sun doesn't have any mechanism for reporting this kind of thing.
