E420 wont boot

Hey all,

Just fishing for suggestions.... I have an Enterprise 420R that wont
boot.... I have tried several configurations of hardware... I put in 2 CPUs
and 2GB of RAM and have tried as much as 4GB of ram. I have removed all PCI
cards and devices and the system freezes after checking its memory/ When I
run the test-all from the OK prompt, I don't see anything indicating a
failure. Doesn't matter which way I boot (CDROM, Disk, or Net) I get the
same result (memory is checked, then the system freezes.... I am on the
verge of breaking my foot on this machine. Plz help.

Note this machine has Solaris 9, Oracle 9i and other apps on it, but has
been in a closet for an extended period of inactivity.
