Sun Blade 100 woes

I have a Sun Blade 100, runnig solaris 9..
I applied the 9_recommended, but after that I rebooted
the machined and it panics and core dumps, and keeps
going through the routine..
Is there a patch I need to get to fix this issue?..
Any suugestions are greatly appreciated.
