facing issue with disk usage

Hi Gurus,
iam running solaris8 on ultra sparc 8/10 . i am facing a different issue regarding the disk usage .
when i say df -kl it is showing 100% for /var filesystem.
output:

but when i say :
du -sk /var or /usr/local/bin/du -kxc /var it is show only 200MB is used.

Please help me in tracking out the exact problem.
even i have tried by copying some data to /var . but iam getting an error no space left on device.
