Ultra-10 Hangs Solid.

I have a Sun Ultra-10 workstation running Solaris 2.6 with kernel patch
105181-32. The system has a Creator 3D Series 3 Frame Buffer.
When the system is idle for a certain time, it hangs solid. You cannot
get access to the system with telnet, it does not respond to ping.
Even pressing <stop> <L1> does not bring it back. We have to power cycle
the system every time. After a system reboots, no errors are reported
in the logs. I ran the OBP diagnostic multiple time with no errors
messages. I changed the CPU and the memory with the same results.
System hangs after being idle for a period of time. The system does not
seem to hang while the user is working on it.
I believe their may be a patch to correct this problem, but I failed to
locate it. Can you help me ??
Thanks !
